A copy is shown below: The annual owners' meeting of the Indian Hills Owners' Association was held over Labor Day Weekend on Saturday, September 5. The Power Point slides from that meeting are available in the "Board of Directors Meeting Minutes" section of the Documents section of this website. In addition, there are Power Point slides from Bryan Miller's presentation about the state of our siding and roofing.
Northstar Fire is requiring the Northstar condominium complexes, including Indian Hills, to follow the following 5 year plan to bring the properties up to State, County, and local codes regarding defensible space. CAMCO is coordinating this work with the Board and Northstar Fire to ensure we come into compliance.

The Indian Hills Condominiums parking lots are scheduled to be pulverized, graded, and repaved over a one week period. The schedule we have been provided is below.

Board of Directors Meeting 9 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. Board of Directors Executive Session Meeting 9:40 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. Annual Membership Meeting 10 a.m. The following activities are scheduled for Sunday, September 2, 2018. Indian Hills Breakfast on Sunday, September 2nd On Sunday, September 2, 2018, the Indian Hills Board will host a continental breakfast on the Indian Hills property. The breakfast will be from 9:00 to 10:30 am and will be located in the parking lot in front of 6059 Rocky Point. There will be muffins, juice and coffee for all who want to attend. Come and meet your neighbors, friends and Board Members for pleasant conversation and food. Remodeled Condo Tour Following the breakfast, an open house will be held from 10:30 to noon to show some of the recent remodeling that has gone on in Indian Hills units. The list of remodeled units will be available at the breakfast, so plan on picking up a copy and seeing some of the transformations that have occurred around you. If you would like your condo to be on the list, please send an e-mail to Jim Kooler at onenorthstar@gmail.com or sign up that morning. NPOA's Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 on courts 1 & 2 at 3:00pm.
